Transforming sustainability into value: my journey with A Beautiful Green

I am the Founder and Managing Director of A Beautiful Green, a sustainability consultancy I established in 2019 with a strong conviction: to help organisations transform sustainability into long-term value, resilience, and measurable impact.

An international journey rooted in impact

My journey has its roots in Brazil, where I began my studies in International Relations. I later continued them in France with an MBA, before completing a certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge. From an early stage, I therefore evolved in multicultural environments, engaging with international, diverse, and interconnected communities.

It was in 2015, when I discovered the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, that a real turning point occurred. I wanted to understand how these goals could be integrated concretely into the corporate world. At the time, I observed that few organisations truly understood their impacts—whether negative or positive. Sustainability was still perceived mainly through an environmental lens, and the implementation of responsible practices could raise concerns among business leaders.

I then felt a very strong mission: to help align corporate strategy with the improvement of companies’ impact on society and the planet.

The creation of A Beautiful Green

It was with this ambition that A Beautiful Green was born.
The consultancy supports both SMEs and large organisations in structuring and deploying their sustainability strategies. Our work notably covers B Corp certification, EcoVadis assessments, the ESR Label (Luxembourg), ESG strategy definition, carbon footprint calculation, and employee awareness and training.

Our mission is therefore to help organisations foster sustainable and resilient growth by embedding purpose and sustainability at the heart of their business strategy. In today’s economy, sustainability is no longer merely a moral imperative: it is a key strategic lever for risk management, innovation, and performance.
Our approach establishes a direct link between sustainability and economic performance: reducing regulatory risks, improving operational efficiency, and stimulating innovation, among other benefits.

Each engagement is tailored to the client’s specific challenges in order to generate measurable and lasting results.

Values at the heart of our action

Our values are built on three fundamental pillars: trust, transparency, and responsibility.
Corporate citizenship lies at the core of the sustainability journey. As a consultancy, we are fully aware of our role, and the companies that work with us share this willingness to move towards practices that are more respectful of people and the environment.

My commitment to the B Corp community

My commitment to the B Corp community holds a central place in my entrepreneurial journey.
The creation of my company naturally led me to engage with the B Corp community, an engagement that now plays a defining role in my path as an entrepreneur.

Since 2018, I have actively supported companies on their certification journey, while also contributing to the development of the community in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France. This commitment is reflected in certification support projects, the organisation of events and workshops, as well as training sessions and community collaborations.

For me, B Corp represents far more than a certification.

— Cintia Procaci

For me, B Corp represents far more than a certification. It validates that a company can be a force for good in society. It is a demanding framework that guides organisations in their decision-making. And it is a global community acting collectively to accelerate the transition towards a fairer, more inclusive, and regenerative economy.

Certification implies deep transformation: governance, business model, social and environmental impact, stakeholder engagement…
Becoming a B Corp means embedding positive impact into the very DNA of the company.

Evolving the way we do business

Since 2018, I have organised events, workshops, and training sessions around B Corp with a strong conviction: to evolve the way we do business. We live in a privileged region, yet practices must continue to evolve to meet global objectives such as those set by the United Nations. I am convinced that companies must transform the way they operate to address the major social and environmental challenges of our time.

Why Silversquare makes sense for me

Being based at Silversquare makes complete sense.
Since the early days of A Beautiful Green, I have found there an ecosystem aligned with my values: collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Coworking fosters connections, synergies, and joint projects. I have also met clients there who were ready to improve their impacts and commit to sustainable transformation pathways. It is a vibrant place that reflects my vision of work: collaborative, innovative, and courageous.

And what comes next?

My ambition is to see a growing number of companies commit, whether through B Corp certification or other demanding labels, in order to demonstrate concretely that financial performance and positive impact can go hand in hand.
The objective: to prove that financial performance and positive impact are mutually reinforcing.

With this in mind, I intend to continue developing new impact-driven services, community projects, awareness initiatives, and collaborations at European level. I am also convinced that places like Silversquare have a key role to play in this transformation, by building bridges between entrepreneurs, innovation, and impact.

Driven by this vision, I continue today to pursue this ambition alongside a committed team that shares the same values and the same determination to accelerate—together—the transition towards a more sustainable and purpose-driven economy.
